We are the Best and only 1:28th scale racing club in Essex, We specialise in racing Mini-Z but also cater for all 1:28th scale cars be it Xmods, I wavers …ect.
We have a sophisticated race timing system in the form of robitronics and RCP foam track to provide the best racing experience.
As a club and as a team we & our committee are always striving to be the best in the country if not the world!
A brief bit of history about the club, We first started as a X-mod x-cetra which became defunct in jan 2008.
So former members chris and sue decided to get together with other former members to create little clacton mini-z racers. Since then we have gathered lots of local press coverage and gained members from as far as london and all over Essex.
Then in may 2010 We decided to move to the town of Colchester where we changed our name to Essex Micro Racers Club and this is where we are to this day.
